Grey’s Anatomy is a USA television phenomenon. It’s a hot show with some hot men. It is a medical drama that follows surgeon Meredith Grey throughout her medical journey. The show expresses the ups and downs of Meredith and her family and friends, from personal experiences to professional relationships. While the series is primarily known for its enticing and thrilling plotlines, it is also known for representing attractive cast members, males specifically. Two primary male characters in the story are Derek Shepherd, aka McDreamy and Mark Sloan, aka McSteamy. The popular question amongst fans is: which is the best heartthrob?

As many fans believe, McDreamy is obviously the correct choice. He has been on the show since the very beginning and is one of the main characters of this television hit. His flawless dark hair and gorgeous blue eyes leaves girls breathless. There is a reason that he has dreamy in his nickname. In addition to his appearance, personality, and maturity growth from his past, he is an excellent and skilled surgeon dedicated to providing for his patients. He is obviously Grey’s Anatomy’s favorite heart throb.
