Toy Story 4

The fought over movie franchise between Millennials and Gen Zers. In the era of Disney remaking classics, Pixar has decided to bring back long-awaited sequels to beloved early 2000s animations. The first being Incredibles 2, which hit theatres June 15th, 2018. 371 days after the release of Incredibles 2, Pixar fans alike will get to view the fourth movie in the Toy Story franchise. To many, this announcement came as a shock. Many thought the ending of Toy Story 3 was a suitable end to the franchise, but Pixar felt Woody and Buzz are still due for another adventure. Woody is not allowed to ride off into the sunset, nor is Buzz allowed to fly to “infinity and beyond” just yet. Not much has been released about the movie itself at the current time. From a recent trailer, one can take away that the toys are still with Bonnie, have a new fork toy join the crew, Bo Peep makes a reappearance, and the same toys get stranded at a carnival. If it is anything close to Incredibles 2, Toy Story should easily be summer hit. Millennial or Gen Z, Woody and Buzz will be back in theatres June 21st, 2019.
